Our Manager - Danielle Blackburn
Danielle has 15 years of experience in the childcare sector.
Starting her journey in Early Years settings, in 2008. Danielle went on to work with children in residential care homes, as well as working for the council, in Childrens’ Services with an emphasis on safeguarding, and child protection.
While in Early Years settings, Danielle planned and implemented daily routines and activities to ensure the children’s growth and development.
Danielle has completed many childcare qualifications throughout the years including, a Level 3 diploma for children and young people’s workforce, a foundation degree in Early childhood studies and then going on to complete a BA honours degree in Childhood studies.
In addition, Danielle has been a volunteer for a fostering agency, as well as working alongside social workers in early intervention, gaining knowledge on how to safeguard effectively.
Furthermore, Danielle is continually updating her training in all areas of childcare, learning and developing to ensure that she is able to provide an environment where all children can thrive.
